28 weeks

I've had a somewhat eventful last couple of weeks.  I went in a week and a half ago because I was spotting/bleeding and kinda crampy.  They ended up running all sorts of tests and I found out that I was 1 cm dilated and got a positive fFn test.  This means that I could potentially go into labor within 2 weeks.  So I was sent home and put on strict bedrest until I could see my doctor in 3 days.  When I went to see my doctor he did another exam and said my internal os of the cervix was closed and my cervix was high and still long.  He just put some limitations on a few things and said I should be fine.  Yay!

28 weeks in pic

Stats:

Weight gain:  23 lbs at my appt today...143

Symptoms:  I have a cold right now so I feel yucky from that but it's getting harder to bend over.  My skin pigment is looking uneven on my face.  Some Braxton hicks.  Shortness of breath.

Maternity clothes:  yes and it's kinda fun in the winter to put outfits together :) I also wear my north face snow boots everywhere because I'm afraid of falling.

Movement: yes mostly noticeable when I'm resting.  Baby feels transverse mostly.

What I'm looking forward to:  seeing family this week and friends to celebrate Christmas.

Milestones: 28 weeks!  Can't believe in about 3 months we will have 3 kiddos to take care!

Sleep:  not great with sick kids the past week.  Also going pee about 2 times a night.

Cravings:  nothing really

Gender: still don't know!  Heart rate was in the 140's yesterday.  Can't wait to find out!!

Next appt is in 2 weeks and I have another fetal echo at u of m in January
